AH COME ON!!! Are we ever gonna do the Honneywood Side Quests?! Greg still has that filthy Honneywood Peach Farmer/Child Prisoner Smuggler to deal with!
Maybe, one day. As a post-game quest or one-shot perhaps? I guess dark lords actually being in their world is a rather pressing matter and unlike video games where you can side-quest and explore all you want without the main quest progressing, the passage of time is actually applied in this campaign.
They don't even remember the human smuggling. Whenever they recount the journal there is nothing in there about it. Even though I'm sure Rob added it to give Alan a way to get revenge on those assholes from early campaign.
Thought the first perception check was to see if they noticed a hill giant skeleton covered in pine needles wearing a mustache wandering about the woods... rather than to notice the aura of a dark lord.
"I will side with Gareth if we fight him!" And then be thanked with Gareth throwing Greg in jail. D&D campaign over. Imagine if it ended like this, it'd be amazing.
That ring Baradun really wanted is sitting in Gregs mailbox, and when they finally get home they will find it and it would have something really overpowered.
He's already attuned to 3 magical items (the limit), one of which is a ring of protection +2 He gains nothing from getting it. I suppose he could give it to a party member but they also have other attunements already as well.
So didn't baradun give the carnie guy Greg's address to drop of the ring he... Totally didn't cheat for? They should of gone to honeywood to see the consequences of that 😂
I haven't seen the full episode yet, but I just wanted to ask, when this campaign is going to end, can we have another one where everyone plays with their backup-characters? Because the players have mentioned it from time to time that they would like to play as them, and I love this DND stuff in the NPC universe so much that the thought of it ending makes me sad already. It's such a genius story and every single one of you makes it so fun to watch, and for me it has accompanied me for quite some time in my life now. In times when I was pretty alone I could just turn on the videos and had awesome friends I could listen to😇 I would definitly miss you :)
When the fight started I was really hoping to see Gareth own. I made a cavalier fighter when Xanithars first came out. It is such an overpowered class. With the war horse it gets two attacks on your turn in addition to your multi attack with fighter. If you make a charge attack of 30 feet and the horse's attack hits you knock the enemy prone. With the horsemanship feat you get advantage on creatures smaller than your mount. A war horse is considered large. On top of a warhorses 60 speed and the lance having a 10 foot reach. Since a horse is large with the ten foot reach while sitting on horse back you have a threat space 30 feet wide that you can very quickly move anywhere on the battlefield.
I forgot to mention this.. When Bob failed his save, Rob mentioned the creature had his sword and he wanted it back. Wouldn't attacking meet the need to get his sword back?
I love how much Rob really wants them to go back to Honeywood and they just keep saying no. Rob literally rolling 1s on persuasion.
To be fair Honeywood is a small, insignificant shithole of a town.
to think that at the start that was their whole goal lol
You've got to wonder what horrors Rob has in wait at Honeywood.
Rowan is also trying to accelerate the main story so they can move on to other projects.

The ol' "OH shit, I didn't think they'd melt my boss like that....there's another one/two in the bushes!" Love it!
Imagine if it ended like this, it'd be amazing.
love how rob's cool monster didn't got to do something and now suddenly there is a second one :p
That ring Baradun really wanted is sitting in Gregs mailbox, and when they finally get home they will find it and it would have something really overpowered.
Baradun forgot his "Protection ring +1" in the greg's mail at Honeymoon 😢
Iirc he got a "protection ring +2" later in the campaign. He probably wouldn't be allowed to combine the two rings, right?
I do like to think that baradun regularly uses greg's address as a PO box so there's way more than just the ring in there
@@PhilosophyOnTheNightbus A ring-smith called Annatar could join them together?
@@PhilosophyOnTheNightbusBaradun doesnt need it, but maybe Bodger could use it :)
He's already attuned to 3 magical items (the limit), one of which is a ring of protection +2
He gains nothing from getting it. I suppose he could give it to a party member but they also have other attunements already as well.
The next one shot should be about the fight against the algorithm
BOB - Needs to switch class to being s fighter 😂
Let the man have some glory
VLDL Shadowrun campaign!
Really loving the map animations. The only thing missing now is health/condition tracking graphics during battles.
Rob really rolling a d20 attack on Baldur's Gate in the preview, huh?
Greg: We aren't fighting Gareth.
Bob: I mean fair... You guys should replace me with Gareth honestly. He probably rolls better 😅
Ben: Whay do i see? A barbarian who slays giants regilarly and is very attached to his weapon.
Also Ben: LET'S MUG EM!!!!
They have been gone for several months since they left Honeywood, Honeywood is probably now...... Shitwood.
25:38 Ben gets one of these moments every session 😂 *face in hands wondering why the D20 won't go above 10*
I think at this point Bob is the equivalent of Kenny in South Park
OMG they killed Bob......you bastards!!
Oh my lord. Rowan is getting more and more DnD :D. Awesome
I forgot to mention this..
When Bob failed his save, Rob mentioned the creature had his sword and he wanted it back.
Wouldn't attacking meet the need to get his sword back?
Got to give it to Rowen. Home boys owning it!! He's been playing really good these past few sessions. I got to give him props!
