I have got the fitst one . The sliding bars can be tightened.There are screws underneath.Adjusting the distance between the sliding bars according to the size of the hoop we can tighten the screws so that they will not wobble.I love this hoop.

I recently bought Stand 1 myself ... I replace the knobs with longer screw & wingnuts so now it’s able to hold my q-snap! I also bought a dinner table tray so I’m able to use place stand on top of the tray & work from my lap.

Thanks for posting this! I was so excited to see you assemble it because I’ve trouble with where to put the washers. The directions (I have) don’t include this information so it’s not straight forward. But you skipped it!! 😩

Hi JuaniqueVerde! I just purchased purchased stand number one myself. The washers go with the screws on the bottom of the stand. If you look very closely at the pics on the directions you can see them. You're right--they don't mention them at all in the directions.
