My big sis was born in 81 and died in 2019. She took her life at 37. When we were little this was Our first concert at the Columbus zoo and the lead singer kissed my sisters cheek. She always talked about it over the years. I miss you so much sissy. My life is empty now. I loved you, though were apart you’re in my heart, give me one more chance to make it real. 💔💔💔
My sister died also at her 31. Such a big tragedy in my life. This September was her birthday:( but was most pain is that her 3yrs old baby boy was also not here in our house for he was taken his fcking father. So sad, really sad 😣

I did a homestay in Sacramento 34 years ago. My host family taught me the Jets. I am still soothed by the beautiful voice of the Jets. Last year, I was reunited with my host family in Japan. It was a wonderful reunion.

Yes! We did too. They did free shows at several military bases while they were there to perform at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. Saw their show at camp Humphreys, outdoors, with full lighting, costume changes, everything. They were terrific.

Just told my wife that today. It's all filth on the TV and radio now. Just shocking how far we've fallen since I was 20 when this song came out. I guy would play this song with his girlfriend and not feel any pain or bad feelings at all. So romantic and beautiful and that a man could drift off into another world and not even realize it.

Like other groups of the time they do need to just mend and get back together and perform the songs people want to hear. The time for new music and direction has passed. I think we'd all like to see them back on tour along with other old school groups. No sense in splitting into two factions of The Jets.

Saw thus group while stationed in Korea in 1988. This song helped me when my world was turned upside down but we keep going to preserve. Loved growing up in the late 70's, 80's and early 90's. When music was real!
Yes! We did too. They did free shows at several military bases while they were there to perform at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. Saw their show at camp Humphreys, outdoors, with full lighting, costume changes, everything. They were terrific.

Just told my wife that today. It's all filth on the TV and radio now. Just shocking how far we've fallen since I was 20 when this song came out.

I just watched their unsung a few days ago also. This was and is still one of my favorite bands. I feel so blessed to have grown up on music like this that meant something.
Like other groups of the time they do need to just mend and get back together and perform the songs people want to hear. The time for new music and direction has passed. I think we'd all like to see them back on tour along with other old school groups. No sense in splitting into two factions of The Jets.
