Thank god I came across your video, because I eagerly wanted someone to answer my questions and you’ve covered it up all. I feel so relieved, btw my documents were submitted on 28th of October 2021 and I did my Biometric on 23rd of November 2022 and my application status says “we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility” and also I passed my medical. How long do they take when they say “we are reviewing your eligibility” ?

hi I had done my medical on 1st September 2020. recently I have received an email from IRCC that my medical is going to expire on 10th September 2021 so which date is actual I consider for expire???? please reply ASAP because I am going to fly on 2nd September via Mexico.
Bro I lodged my SDS visa file on 29th April 2021 for September 2021 intake and my medical got upadated on 31May2021 and reviewing in my file was started from 21st June 2020 ...Than, my biometric got updated on 30th June 2021 and I got my bvl letter on 09th July 2021. But still , Till today(30/07/2021) , I don't get the result. What should I do now?

I have done my pre medical for work permit application on September 2021 and I have submitted my biometric on 1st October 2021, and on 9th February 2022 IRCC passed my medical tests and now it showing only background check and eligibility reviews were remaining.
But from Feb to untill now I didn't get any updation from IRCC side. I am bit of tense about my process.
Please share opinion it will be great ful for me.

Yes, if date is reflecting in biometrics section then it’s completed and updated on your profile

Hey Bro , my medical passed on 4th of march 2021 and biometric already uploaded ,and after they asked for RCMP criminal check report which i submitted on 9th of april , they are reviewing and processing backgroud check , any suggestions how long more, also as my file is in CEC so will they send PPR request or COPR straight ? I gave my medical on 27 feb and hospital staff send it to ircc on 5 march...bt it got updated on gckey on 13th april...so it took more than a month for me

Hi. May i ask. My AOR date was march 6 2023. Upon checking my review of eligibility section said “we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements”

First file lodged 20 November and refused on 15 feb then again applied on 14 may but this time medical and biometric both isn't updated but file is in review

Plz anyone tell me difference between 'processing background check' and 'review'. both are different steps or not???
Processing background check is pretty easy to understand: as the name says it’s the stage where in your credentials are assessed with the checks on your records as a citizen. Review stage comes after processing background check and it’s about matching your profile with the criteria’s they have set as per the protocols.
Please how long does processing stage stays before it enters review stage?

If you linked it. Then yes you will get messages of existing gckey account profile of your application

As per 12 months rule,my medical expires on 8th june,21 but I didnt get any mail from Ircc regarding medical.And in gc key,its showing your documents are valid.I did repeat my medical examination. Can i travel if my documents are showing valid in gc regardless of expired medical?
Get your re-medical, upload e-medical tracking sheet through webform.. and then travel

You new medical will be updated, it takes time for backend team to verify and update. Estimated 15/20 business days, if it still doesn’t come then raise a webform

My GCKEY account shows me my application is under review. It is showing me as ' you have passed medical exam on Dec 2, 2021. From 7 months nothing is showing more than this. Next step of Processing is: "Review eligibility start" which can take 10-12 business days (Max) and then after that PPR: which will further take 15-20 business days (MAX..). This estimate is based on current scenario. Please don't compare with what you saw in the Month of March.. Scenario in India was way better than what we are seeing today.. Now High commission is working at 25% of there total strength.

Validity of medical is 1 year, it starts from the date mentioned on your E-medical tracking sheet

Biometrics once done is valid for 10 years. So you don't have to rego through the phase of biometrics for re-apply after rejection. Hope i have answered all your questions. Thanks!
