If you got into Hazbin hotel this would make complete sense. Hazbin Hotel is a hotel in Hell run by Lucifer and Lilith's daughter that rehabs sinners in an attempt to get Heaven to take them back. Their mission wasnt going so well since most of Hell doesn't want to change and Heaven isn't that interested in taking them back. Alastor shows up at the hotel offering to help not because he believes in their mission but because he finds it entertaining to watch people fail. He's in Hell because in his life he was a serial killer. He is said to have been a Dexter type killer who went after the cruel and dark hearted. He also had a job as a radio host in the 1930s. What you're seeing is his back story. His life before he became an overlord in Hell. In the scenes where you see the demon like side of him that is the form he took when he went to Hell. His form resembles a humanoid demonic wendigo like deer because he died burying his last kill when some hunters mistook him for a deer. That's what you're seeing in the last scene. That's also why you see deer tracks when he's walking with his victim on the way to the woods. In his demon form his voice always sounds like it's being broadcast through a 1930's radio. That and the fact that when he started taking down other overlords in Hell he would broadcast their screams over his radio station earned him the nickname "Radio Demon." That's why you see radio dials flash in his eyes when he arrives at the cabin. The teeth are because he's obsessed with smiles. He smiles all the time. It's his mask to keep others off guard. He's always encouraging others to smile. It's not cannon that he collected smiles but I suppose it wouldn't be out of place for the character either. Personally I think he's got enough going on with his scream broadcasts to not need that but hey, it works for the vid.
