It's in the later dialogue with Xamot explaining the arrangemnt with CC and Tomax says "And do we "believe him?" Together: "Of course not!"

It is Common with Twins having a Psychic Bond, I've heard of One Twin getting hurt, Like Falling Down from a flight of stairs, and The Other Twin Feeling It. It's Just a Natural Bond.

I have a question. Say Tomax breaks an an arm or does something equally painful, Xamot (of course) would feel the pain as well (This is were the question is). What if Xamot took a painkiller? Would it not work or would it work for both of them?
I'll bet it wouldn't work, but they'd wish it would work, like the one not feeling pain would like to be able to be focused enough to use their psychic connection to block out the others pain. One of them would probably have to be heavily sedated in order to not be pulled into the others psychic distress via falling, drowning, getting hurt, etc.

I've heard of twins sharing a psychic link, but physically acting out each other's experiences seems like a bit much.
That's how much it hurts. Plus pain isn't the only thing they share. While they're not exactly psychic, they can always work in sync and know what the other is doing or about to say. So while they are vulnerable in battles, it also makes them dangerous since they can pull of maneuvers in seconds that would take longer for others to communicate with team mates.
If this was a less kid friendly show, all he'd have to do is bait Roadblock into punching him, ta-da, psychic beacon! But we can't have them beating up a prisoner of war.

SO Lady Jaye fly's in with a jet pack grabs 2 live electrical wires and then shorts them together while shes holding them... Yeah she should have been blasted from here to next week with an electrical charge.
