Hi Lynn! I finally made the raspberry lemon cake but it wasn't that moist. I. I may have added too much of something but it still tasted good . I can cook simple dinner recipes but baking cakes is not my forte.❤😊

I love just being outside, going along, doing my chores and watching the clouds in the sky (and we’ve had a lot of clouds for quite awhile !) and just noticing all the plants and small animals getting ready for whatever life they’re going to be bringing forth ! I find it very peaceful and satisfying! I’m getting older and some days I wish I could just keep going, but I can still do about 4 uninterrupted hours. Thank you for your lovely comment! ☺❤

Weird ! Anyway, I finally saw the comment. Don’t worry - I was almost afraid to give you the recipe because I didn’t know your baking background, yet I was afraid if I didn’t you would think I didn’t want to share it. I’m sorry it didn’t turn out, but I have found over the years that I had to really try over and over again to get something to turn out the way it was suppose to. I really like the “jennycancook” channel because her recipes are much easier and quick, and I use them a lot, and healthy. Hope you and Smokey are well. I’ve been doing heavy chores outside, so am really tired by showtime. I’m rebuilding a wall with 8”x8” stone pavers and building in a waterproof fabric. It’s a new addition to our front garden. If you ever drive through Westbury, say hello to it for me. Also, make sure you're not driving a tall truck. At least back when I worked there decades ago, they had a particularly low overpass. I used to feel so sorry for the truck drivers. :-(
