Casey Lee Williams, the primary vocalist for the series, was just 12 yo when she sang the music for the Red Trailer. When the series was picked up, she sang the vocals for the 1st season at 14 yo. The only training she'd had was from her singer parents. She's a very talented singer. I hope you enjoy the rollercoaster ride that is RWBY.
The Red Trailer was actually originally made just to test his animation mechanic on his system. Weiss sings "Mirror Mirror" in reference to Snow White. Those platforms are called Gliphs
The red-haired dude with black bull horns and the red katana is named Adam, you talked over Blake saying his name.
Pyrrha will tell you what those are called in chapter 14.
All the songs are sung by the same girl Casey Lee Williams except for songs with a male vocalist obviously. The white, black and yellow trailers are all completely canon and occur shortly before the show begins. The red trailer is of dubious canonicity because it was just made so far before the show's details were finalised so some aspects like the appearance of the Grimm and how they die are not consistent with the show but It can be taken that ruby did do something like this but it is hardly important to the plot unlike the other 3 trailers. The white trailer is showing 2 different events. The fight with the knight occurs sometime before the singing performance. Adam in the black trailer is an important character going forward. The yellow trailer's events are referenced in volume 2 and the identity of the woman Yang is searching for is also revealed in v2.
Well, there are some other guest female vocalists, but I think Casey always sings in those songs as well, so I suppose what you said is technically still true... They're also rare too... And I think the guest part for Red Like Roses Part 2 in volume 1 isn't even played during the show...
I'm a bit behind on your videos, so maybe you've already addressed this, but after each volume it can be good to check out the songs on that volume's soundtrack... They can add a bunch of extra context or stuff to theory craft with, with some vague foreshadowing and such... Going over the lyrics could be fun, although the music is pretty good too... They do cool stuff with the background music, where songs can become themes for characters and themes for characters sometimes get used in songs... There's usually around 9 unique songs per volume, I think... Some rush through them in like 40 minutes.... Others have spent two or three hours dissecting things in great detail lol... But even if you don't do a video, I recommend looking into the songs...
There's also the World of Remnant videos, though don't go past the 8th one (the one about maidens/seasons) until after volume 3 has finished... And it's probably best to save the 8th one until after Volume 3, chapter 6 or 7...
There's also RWBY Chibi, a fun spin off skit show... The first season of RWBY Chibi can be watched after volume 3 and then the rest should be safe after volumes 4 and 5, I think...
There's also a Fairy Tales of Remnant type show... I forget when the book it was based on came out, but there are potential minor spoilers for some stuff in volume 6, so maybe best to save until at least 4 or so episodes into volume 6, or half way through to be safe.
I think i might do that ost Idea! i dont know if it will be a video or a livestream I'm not sure yet and as for RWBY Chibi I've been thinking about reacting to it most people told me to watch it after volume 3 tho.

Also that guy in Blake's trailer is someone who appears later so just keep watching. Too much to give away since it's spoilery. Monty always said his show was a slow burn and he never liked instant gratification in storytelling so that's why information and exposition comes out slowly. But you'll learn more about Blake's backstory soon and everyone elses.

I mean I think it’s going to get picked up by some company but I just started watching it and I’m reacting to the whole series on the channel lol
They've said that they're sorting/have sorted something out... We'll have to wait and see.
