Love how the space was tastefully designed - it feels like a luxurious condo apartment and the flow of design is very constant throughout the house! I didn't even realise they switched up the bedroom to the living area! Props to the presenter as well, very nicely presented and it's aesthetically pleasing to watch ;)
With WFH trending, I would switch the walk-in wardrobe and make it a study/work room instead. It's also not restful to see and a workstation in a master bedroom. Everything in the bedroom should be designed to make for a conducive sleep. But the switch between the living and first bedroom is masterful.
I love their concealed cabinetry and material choices... can't help feeling the owners will come to regret the wallpaper in future years when they want to change up the wall paintings to add a pop of color...
I wonder if you guys would be able to feature the 83sqm 4 room. I think its a fairly rare type of 4 room that kind of appeared out of no where with some SERS and BTO projects. Been searching high and low and literally no one (not even the 15 IDs i spoke to) has featured or has had personal experience with this particular size of 4 room - so it's really hard to visualize the space. I sure hope I won't need to be the first one you guys feature when i get my place hahahaha
Hey! There are some 83 sqm 4 room flats around, some that come to mind are those in SkyVille @ Dawson and SkyTerrace @ Dawson. You can find listings on property portals - some even have 3D tours :)
I enjoy watching Singapore apartments and houses. Unfortunately this home and many others hang their pictures too high up on a wall. The centre of the picture should be at your eye level.
Nice interior and layout. However a lot of rooms were knocked down. Realistically speaking, if this is not one’s final home and there is a view to sell it in future, this should not be done
each to his own. I am sick of the Japandi minimalist style that almost all new BTO has., this is different. I want to see Singapore style in new BTO but sadly there is none.

Yes it is!!
I love how they configured the layout to beat the usual boring/typical BTO. It does give a special & cozy feel.

Perfect presentation
Thanks a lot!!
Who is the ID who designed this place? Very nicely done, it has a bit of the luxurious hotel feel, without being too over the top. 👍
Hey! The ID is in the description :)
I agree

How is the sound proofing in general in most apartments in Singapore?

Can see that they want the baby room to be as far as possible from their bedroom with the wardrobe and living as buffer. Very clever parents. 😂
😆
Can you share more what is included in the $80K renovation cost?
how much is the total cost?
Nice!!! Please show us more estates with the integrated neighbourhood centres!
Will keep a lookout! Thanks for watching!!
Your accent sounds like it's Barbados !!

Glad you enjoy the videos! Good point about the picture placement-eye level is key for the best impact. 😊
I love you Stacked please hire me
😂 You're always welcome to email us!
I prefer the home owner narrate their own design.
Understandable! Hearing from the homeowner can give more context to their design choices. 😊
80k inclusive of curtains & furniture?

This hdb looks similar to a condo, nice
Thanks for watching!

Not for sale at the moment! It's a newly-TOPed project
Not all units featured here are for sales. This is not a property agent channel.

Beautiful girl
Bad idea for the relocated living room, looks so claustrophobic. Waste of the 80K budget.
interior design is too “unique” .. colour scheme is certainly too “doom” & not pleasant to many!
Thanks for sharing!
