I love the shots in the last 20 seconds..what would be this best way to achieve this in Apr 2022? I have an iphone 8 and am thinking about an iphone 13 but any advice on how to get shots like these would be appreciated! I'm not seeing that ZY play supports iphone 13...? Is there a better way to go?
It’s also possible to do this manually with your phone, but it’ll be way harder.

3. I chose the walked in effect. 10s timing

I'm on the Samsung Note 8. The firmware update for the Smooth 4 is still version 1.76 so it's not updated from when I last updated as well as the Zy Play app..still no updates...

I’m looking at getting the SmoothQ3 and it had a Dolly Zoom effect, any idea how it works on that Gimbal (I can’t find any UA-cam vids showcasing this effect) Thnks

@@alvinchan7970 What is the Vertigo optional without the zoom? Unclear what that means. So there's no way to do a software controlled zoom to get the dolly zoom effect with the ZY Play app for the Q2? That seems like a major limitation -- why would they have striped it from this device while the software works for others? May be a deal breaker between the Q2 and the Osmo Mobile 3.
@@cranburydad That is correct. There is no way to zoom with the ZY play app or the actual product. Only way is with your fingers on the screen. Not sure why they striped it away to be honest, was a bit disappointed.

samsung note 8 android. 720 has 30fps and 1080 has 30fps. 1080 60fps Why is the 4k option not available? zoom is not working properly. It's a choppy zoom. neat zyplay android coming soon?
4K video recording with Smooth 4 depends on whether your phone supports 4K video recording and whether your phone manufacturer has granted 4k resolution (3840 *2160 resolution) for third party developers to use. Recording in 4K resolution can be realized only when both of the above conditions are met. At present, we are negotiating with all the major phone manufacturers. 0:25 ha ha ha, you say so, buut NO ! Now, over 2 years later it's still BAD. Not fixing the Zoom makes this equipment ALMOST USELESS. It's an IMPORTANT feature. But I guess Zhitagain (Zhiyun) don't care !

This is not with a smartphone. This is with a smartphone AND ADDITIONAL HARDWARE/SOFTWARE. Disappointing. If I wanted to buy hardware, I'd just buy the hardware.
The smartphone won't come with the gimbal's box. You need to mount your own phone on the gimbal to use it.
Zhiyun is a bad company with poor product. I'd never bought it again
