I tried semaglutide at a starting dose of 0.25mg one time per week. I did this for about 3 weeks before bailing on it. It gave me insane heart burn almost immediately. Somewhere around day 3 or 4 it was constantly present and didn't matter what I was eating. I thought it would calm down once the peptide was in my system for longer. At week 3 it was still just as bad as it was in the beginning. There's no way that I could handle a higher dose. I was also gassy. My farts and pooh smelled like rotting material. I'd never tough that stuff again.
I've been reading up on BPC-157 and TB-500. My Orthopedist won't try it because he says it's still too new, not enough data to show it would help. I have some tears in my rotator cuff in my left shoulder (2 MRI's show this) and I fear I have some in my right shoulder (no MRI done on that one yet), could these 2 or one over the other help "repair" those tears? I really don't want to go through the surgery and long PT (6-9 months).
