They are actually good in their own way. Some, like the Sith in the Maelstrom Prison, are really bad, but these two are so bad that they are actually good.
I don’t think it’s the voice acting per se, but the fact that it doesn’t really fit the animations. If they gave the character custom animations that fit the personality the voice actor was going for (e.g., stroking his chin a lot or generally having looser/bigger body language), it would actually be pretty good. Unfortunately, the voice actor went for something that the visuals really didn’t support.
Just ouf of curiosity, why do you think stroking his chin would be a better fit? I understand the looser/bigger body language but that part I couldn't catch.

Why no one is talking about Baras' and Valkoryon's voice actors ? Baras voice is the epythome of the british man, while Valkoryon is just how i Imagine the old giga chad voice :')
