Saw for the first time at Tamiami Ford here in naples fl. Absolutely drop dead gorgeous. Front air dam is a work of art! Sold to a collector in Europe.
Great job BUT,,,I didn’t see the weak 6sp manual addressed in all these upgrades. I have a 2020 Bullitt and the transmission is a real problem as all the 6sp MT82s are.
There is nothing wrong with the MT 82 transmission. Yes it’s clunky and not smooth and not exactly quiet all the time, but it works just fine. They last a long time and hold a lot of power. We’d all like the Tremec I know!
I searched Steeda.com for "Stay bay" and only found sway bars. We started with anti-roll bars, then anti-sway, then sway, now stay. Do we need 4 different names for the same thing? :-)
So Steeda doesn’t change the transmission as it comes from Ford. I think the Bullitt has a great transmission which has been refined and improved. Basically this car is great right out of the box without and mods
Joel Remland I’m very happy with my stock Bullitt. I do like the rims on the Steeda version . These stock Bullitts are putting 450rwhp . That equates to 490-500 crank HP. Fast enough for me.
HitsTownUSA I agree with you 100%. I love mine too. I like the Steeda rims too but I was told you can’t buy them separate only as part of a basic Steeda package for $20k! I don’t like these rims THAT MUCH!!!
It’s $20k for the first phase which is mostly just suspension upgrades and cosmetics. But $20k more for the blower supercharger and other supporting equipment which pushes you up to about 800hp. So to get the whole pjs it’s about $100k. That’s $50 for the Bullitt and another $40+ for total upgrades from Steeda. Steeda increases performance and changes car to more track focused car. Like the GT500. In my opinion the Bullitt is just fine stock from the factory at about $50. You have all you need for daily driver. Assuming you have limited resources. Of course you can spend as much as you’d like to change the character of the car but I’m not sure if it’s really any better and it might have adverse side effects.
Joe Day that’s the start with Supercharger add $20 more total of $40 on top of the $45-50 for base Bullitt with its options. Assuming at MSRP or below! I question the need for all these adjustments and mods. This car is perfect ofc the assembly line with out any of the options Ford offers but I would add the Electronics package and Magneride.
Joe Day - I’m sure it’s nice but I’m not that rich! $100k is more then I want to spend! I’m VERY HAPPY with my Bullitt and if I want a more planted feeling I’ll buy a Cayman for a lot less. It’s not just about speed. How much does this Steeda Mustang weigh? I’m sure it weighs more then the bae Bullitt! More weight cancels out that huge HP. $40k more for faster more planted Mustang? No thanks!
Joe Day - How many people after buying this Bullitt and after seeing your build will give you $40k to modify their car? Not many! That’s not saying your build isn’t good either. It’s just unnecessary and very expensive! “More” is not always a good idea. Sometimes “less is more”. But many people will always want more! That’s our culture. People aren’t satisfied with what they have and always want more. Like a drug addiction! Once you’ve had some you want more! These sports cars are like crack or heroin. Some people are obsessed and must keep buying more. Until they finally had enough and lost all their money. The less you spend the less you lose! A used after market Rousch or Steeda build doesn’t bring much money at auctions I’ve watched. An original stock GT 350 or GT500 is worth more Unchanged. But to each his own! It’s freedom of choice and everyone has the right to spend their money on their cars as they want. “Opinions are like ....everyone has one!” So good luck selling $100k builds and hot rods! Many people will want to spend more because they’re not totally sold on their cars and feel that undeniable need for more! And you’re an excellent salesman too!😊👍🏻
OK so you fully option this upgrade without the roll cage and it comes to $70.000. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING !. Oh and read the small print. "Mustang Motorsport retains all the take off parts".So it looks like they steal your old original BULLITT wheels and what ever else they take off the car ..Add the roll cage and they will take your rear seat and charge an extra $7000 for the privilege...check it out ..an absolute rort. but you do get a couple of keyrings
It’s even more then $70 if you add the supercharger it’s more like $90k for the entire package of mods! Of course it’s very high - 800 hp. But VERY EXPENSIVE -and totally unnecessary. I own 2019 Bullitt and it’s fantastic stock from factory with warranty.
Awesome. Dario and Carroll are my heroes!!!!!!!!
Tell you this. I bought one about two months ago and and it's pretty damn fast off the show room floor.
Yep! Fast and furious at decent price. No need to spend more then $50 max!
Greatest car scene in movie history.
I love it!!
Steve McQueen is my favorite actor and the movie Bullitt is great so this car is perfect!!!

Michael, yes contact steeda UK
don't want to confuse you guys, earlier post is for the australian upgrade done by mustang motorsport..aussie $$$
I searched Steeda.com for "Stay bay" and only found sway bars. We started with anti-roll bars, then anti-sway, then sway, now stay. Do we need 4 different names for the same thing? :-)
Is the front lip available
Its part of the front fascia

I just want the rims and the chin spoiler
Does this car come with a 6-speed Tremec or is it the getrag transmission?
MT-82 Sir

acts2211 getrag has been improved by Ford and has been problem free so far for me in my Bullitt

How nuch?
That's sad you can't order the wheels separate. I really like those wheels.
They're part of the McQueen Edition Package
I just want to buy the wheels.
@@scringe1 I gotta say you have good taste. If have seen them in person. Big improvement over stock Bullitt, Stout!!
sinjin K - you can find similar wheels on line. Check American Muscle and other after market companies ... no need to spend too much.
i like
how much$$$

Joe Day Lebanon Ford builds a $40,000 Mustang with a Whipple supercharger and warranty. A mustang is a mustang.
OK so you fully option this upgrade without the roll cage and it comes to $70.000.

You can buy a GT 500 for $74 it has 760hp with everything you need. Add the electronics pkg and a carbon fiber dash and your only at about $78.
