I know the feeling of not seemingly to be able to pray after trauma. Maybe just try one prayer for now or even just sitting at prayer time and talking to Allah swt and making a small dua. 🙏💕 insha’Allah you will get there by the help of Allah swt and because you’ ve watched this video like me, so we want to change and get better masha’Allah! tc 🤲
