Thank you very much. I was searching for a tender chicken chashu recipe. Most people use Pork.

Hi Yoshimi,
Have you ever made a video, how to make shoyu ramen? I've tried looking for it but can't find it.
I would be very grateful if you could provide the information.
Thanks, success!🙏
I think I haven’t. Ramen is a very time consuming dish so I leave it to restaurants 😅.
@asakusa-tokyokitchen ok than I will 🚶♀️ to the restaurant.
Thanks Yoshimi, always healthy & Success to you🙏💐
Hi, I would really want to try cooking this but where we live right now (in the Middle East), Mirin and Sake are both not available for sale. What alternatives can I use for these 2 ingredients?
Hmm .. For Sake you can try to sub with a white wine, and for mirin a dry sherry or a sweet wine .. Well that is what i would do
There is non-alcoholic mirin!! In place of sake just use water :)
Imagine doing this but with Tandoori marinade for curry ramen
Yum 🤤🎶
If I use boneless chicken breasts should I pound them to be thin and still cook them for about the same length of time?
You could do so but I would simply cook longer 😉.
I did this with chicken breast without pounding it and just made sure it cooked thoroughly by cooking it longer. Came out great
What are those ingredients in the chicken after she golden brown them I know garlic, soya sauce what else? Can someone list them ?
At 0.38 !
