Nice im using ryujin iii 360 in my hyte y60 with 12700kf... temps running cinebench r23 was 60 degrees only... very impressed with this cooler.
Awesome video! I just installed mine and realised that my GPU temperature displayed on the cooler is different from HWINFO. Any thoughts why? I am using an X670E Master from Gigabyte, paired with a Ryujin iii. Cheers!
Is it possible to customize the temperature display mode? To include something of your own alongside the temperature, move the temperature to the left or right, and so on?

do you think the non RGB noctua version is better than these strix fans? im sure its quieter but not sure about performance. I think they have been using the same noctua fans since Ryujin 1/2

No matter which model you buy, purchase the more affordable variant and install 3x Noctua NF-A12 fans. They are quiet and offer excellent performance. This way, you'll have quieter but also cooler results in the end.
Hey Jegs awesome video. Very well detailed. Was hoping you could chime in. I have Same AIO and I want to add Lian Li SL Infinity fans, do I still connect the 4Pin header from Asus AIO to the mobo? Thanks in advance :)
Im actually using Infinity fans on my Ryujin right now. And yes you still need to connect the 4 pin header if you want to adjust the pump speed. :)

Maingay din minsan. But others have it worst. Check mo comment section dito or dun sa shorts video ko regarding the ryujin naalala ko may nag rereklamo don.

I bought one of these, but I'm disappointed with the screen quality. When placing the gifs, the quality is automatically reduced by the software, that is, I did not see any change in quality as promised. There don't seem to be any changes from Ryujin II. Did you notice that?
Can you tell me how does the pump sound? Asus ROG Ryuo III 360 Matrix cooling is great but the pump sound is disturbing at idle
pump is quiet, havent had any issues like pump hissing so far.
How does the pump sound like ROG RYUO III 360? Is it annoying?

based from reviews this is better than the kraken as it is asetek gen 8 already. kraken elite is still using asetek gen 7.

Im planning to use Lian li Sl120 fans in radiator fan and connect it all to lian li hub. Is it okay if the cpu fan is just connected to mobo? While the rest of lian li fans connect to hub and going to mobo aswell?
Yes, that is what i currently have. I replaced the asus argb fans with lian li sl120 v2s.

Havent had the ryujin ii. But from what i read the pixel count of the screens between the two are night and day. Maybe the gif you used had low resolution to begin with?
@@JegsTV No Bro. Even putting gifs with high resolution, when loading in the Armory program it automatically lowers the quality of the gifs. I've tried it in several ways.

Hello! The problem is this.
The cooling system (ROG Ryujin III ARGB) has only one connector from three fans to connect to the motherboard (ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 DARK HERO). The load of one fan is 0.35A. This results in a total load of 1.05A.
According to the motherboard specification, the load for the CPU_FAN connector is 1A.
Question: is it possible to connect the power connector for the fans of this cooling directly to the connector on the motherboard?

But will the connector or the motherboard itself be damaged if the load current at the moment the fans are turned on will initially be more than 1.05A (for a short time) or does practice show that a 1A connector can support this load?
It’s just that when assembling you have a motherboard from Gygabite, I looked at the passport for it, the connector there is designed for 2A and there will definitely not be any problems.
Can the cold plate use conductonaut
yeah, according to Gamer's Nexus, conductonaut is fine on copper plates.
The difference here is the fan inside the pump, my arcitc liquid freezer 3 outperform your ryujin.

Do you think it would be worth going from Ryujin II 360 ARGB to new Ryujin III 360 ARGB? Performance wise - i don't think so, right
Wrong the Ryujin III uses new 8th gen Asetek pump, also a thicker radiator. So im pretty sure it will outpreform the second gen Ryujin
I havent tested this one. But i can see the ryujin iii outperforming the previous generation.
Performance is the same they both have the same pump only thing that's changed is the lcd screen and the fans
@@Xplode000 On asus website Ryujin II uses Astek gen7 pump and the Ryujin III uses Gen8, where do you get your confidende from? The radiators are also different.
@@Xplode000 Have both, replaced the Ryujin II 360 (Noctua version) for the Ryujin III 360 (Noctua version too) and I can confirm that this one outperform the second gen.

Yes. Im actually using infinity fans on my ryujin right now. Plug the fans directly to the motherboard. You want have any issues.

You cant. You need to use l-connect 3 by lian li

no no no put the pump cable into the on board AIO_PUMP header if the board supports this, you will kill ur pump sooner or later if you dont the AIO_PUMP is designed to keep the pump on while the system is in sleep mode
software like armoury crate does that already. using cpu_fan, cpu_opt is fine.
That header is NOT for aio pumps. Read your manual. Every aio manual I've ever seen says to plug into cpu fan header and NOT pump header. My x570 dark hero mobo manual even says not to use the pump header for aios and to only use for custom loop.

which cpu cooler is suitable for ryzen 9 7900x3d should i choose nzxt kraken elite 360, rog ryujin iii 360 or another product? by using an arctic p12 max fan.
My old CPU cooler is Deepcool LT720 and it gets a little hot when I use it for video editing and when using overclocking on the Asrock Taichi motherboard.

either the ryujin or kraken would be a great choice. marginal differences between the two. so its a matter of aesthetic preference

Use other than Rog Ryujin Bro. Cause I using Rujin now with 5800X3D. The tempt make me headache..hehe

@@JegsTV great would be if you retest with fixed fan speed. Say 60 or 80% and check noise. Would appreciate
Can you test it with Intel 14900k cpu?
I have this on 13900k. My idle temps are 37c. Gaming temps never go above 60c.
Ive been using it with my 14900k it likes to hover 70-75c while gaming rarely it will spike to 80c on a single core but will come back down in line with the others idle is around 40c

Yup. Too much bloatware just to adjust the display on the lcd.
You cant even control the AIO fans with the asus software. Need to go to BIOS every time, Total fail. 😂
Change fans to the Corsair iQue series.

You're paying attention to the wrong screen if the looks of the cooling block and screen are all you're focused on.
