Rebuild your bolt (new springs, the extractor spring specifically.) put in a new recoil spring as well. I have an inland that has been in the family for years that was a jam-o-magic regardless of magazines or ammo. I cleaned the living hell out of her, swapped all of the springs in the gun out with a kit from fulton armory, and she is reliable with Dern near anything now. Really enjoy your videos!

Every M1 Carbine I have ever owned was as reliable as that one. That's why I don't own one anymore nor will I ever again.
Yeah my sample of 1 M1C only likes one brand of ammo, most other brands choke up and stove pipe.

@@MacGWA I put in a new USGI bolt and it helped some but not all problems. I’ll try the new recoil spring next.
