Over the years I have seen so many reviews on Joe's gardener I have no doubt that this new seed spreader will work very well and decrease the amount of manual Labor you previously used to sprout new seeds for your farm. I like the Solo ,easy turn and adjust but it is the most awkward to hold.

I have a CP 42 contract. Some areas are not conducive to a seed drill and I must use a manual broadcaster. Hopefully it works with small CP 42 prescribed seeds.

Do you have to plow the seed in? Do you worry about critters or birds eating the seed?
In hotter and or drier conditions I pack it in with a roller, otherwise no, and I definitely don’t worry about birds as I plant plenty for them and me both!

how do you keep deer from eating your corn with no fence?
Our deer don’t really eat the corn……. There’s too many things that they prefer. I only see a few corn plants that got bitten off the top, but it usually high enough up the plant that it doesn’t kill it.
