You never can have too many goats. Plus, you did say some of the babies you have may not be a guarantee, that you want to raise them up and just see.... sooo, I see no problem with two new babies. They are absolutely so cute!
You had to eventually get different bloodlines on the buck side, so a good move. So this gives you different options, especially as Zorro and Napoleon daughters are ready to be bred. And adding new genetics with a new doeling also makes sense as if some of your current doelings/does don't quite pan out.
Prim and Finnick are adorable! I also hate all the seeds in raspberries and blackberries and it has kept me from eating them for years! I'm going to try your bars though 🤞
Dolly is sure a pretty and funny little girl. Finnick has very pretty coloring and markings. His sister is a very cute little girl. I love to watch Blue Cactus videos too even though I don’t own a goat.
We watch Johnson Family Farmstead too. So happy you have one of their goats. It will be interesting to see how all the changes work out with your goats.
Your fruit trees in your front yard are always so beautifully full of fruit... completely envy worthy!! lol Your whole farm is so GORGEOUS!! Oh that crumble looks so AMAZING!!!! Blackberry is my favorite berry...but yes, the seeds get bothersome. Thank you for the GREAT videos!! Much love from Montana!!!!
As a native Oregonian I appreciate you pronouncing my state properly. You can’t imagine how many people mispronounce it “Orygone”. Especially the “Californyuns”.
Oh my goodness those little baby goats are absolutely adorable. I've been watching the Johnson family Farmstead for a good while since they purchased Braun from Blue Cactus Dairy goats so now I have three absolutely favorite loggers that I watch and I try never to miss y'all, Johnson family Farmstead and of course Crystal at Blue cactus Dairy goats.
After the 1st crust, you should grate some homemade grated asigo cheese & then put a thin layer of crust, then the fruit...and finish it with the crust with large crystal turbindo sugar...and then it will have spots of caramelized sugar....
Prim is adorable!! At the farm i used to work at i wanted to name on primrose after the hunger games but they ended up naming her cinnamon. So I’m glad i get to see a little prim grow up still!
Would you be breeding finneck and prim and see what kind of babies they throw or would it be out the two other bucks? I’ll be waiting for the updates and breeding plan and changes lol
Thank you for sharing all of your buck plans, it was very interesting to hear your ideas and they makes sense. It's very fun to hear about, and even when you have to make hard decisions it's for the best of the herd as a whole. Finnick is so cute, and his white neck marking almost looks like a trident- so it's fitting!
A lot of New and interesting changes going on at your home farm. Your orchard has Really grown up the past few years. WOW! Get alot more fruit off your bushes and trees.
It’s so fun watching this journey from pets to pedigree! Super excited for you guys about these new additions. That buckling is already such a well blended buck with uphill carriage and strong front assembly. Prim’s udder is gonna be awesome!
The new babies are so cute!!! Wow, their Mom’s look awesome! Can’t wait to see how the offspring turn out, but first…..will enjoy seeing them all play! The blackberry bars looked delicious 😋. Im with you on the seeds! ❤️
The new babies are so cute. Are they both polled? They will grow up very nicely. I would like to see how their babies would look like. Have a great week 😀 😊 ☺️ 😘
Best of luck at the show!! New herd additions look 👍🏻. But that blackberry crumble was looking AMAZING. Good luck with the lawn! Love love your channel
They are both attractive goats. I think Dolly thinks she is a kitten. Do you not care for the texture of the seeds? I have been meaning to ask, what type of Black berries do you have? And what time of year would be the best time to plant them? Good luck on your next showing with the goats.
Dolly is the cutest goat EVER, personality-wise. I'll have to play the video again to focus on everything you said. Dolly stole the show. Now I'll be praying that she has perfect genetics as that looks to be the trick to staying on your farm. I don't think I ever fell in love with a baby goat as fast!
I think that berry juice looks delicious as a drink. Youd probably have to add sugar and water, maybe mix some with some homemade lemonade! Yum. Although that cobbler looked amazing!
Hi guys! I so enjoy your family channel…thank you for all the fun you share with us. Something you might find helpful to get seeds out of blackberry purée is a Foley food mill. I’ve had mine for years and use it to process lots of wild black berries etc for jams and sauces and so forth, every summer here in BC, Canada. Congrats on the new cutie pies!
SWEET!!! More babies 😍😍😍I know you said no to a bigger farm but one more acre is more babies!!! This year is going to be another great one with all the newbies.
I am right there with you on those darn seeds in Blackberries! I love your idea and will have to try it out! My husband is from Oregon and loves Blackberries so I know he's going to love it! The new babies are adorable by the way! Recently found you channel and have really enjoyed watching your family and all the goats, especially the babies!!😊

Boy's markings remind me quite a bit of Willow! Super excited with all the new genetics you guys have!!!
I was gonna say the same thing, he looks similar to Willow 😍
I also noticed that Prim looks so much like Penny. :(
Idk, they might not be the best pickers

Prim looks like she fits right in and is doing well! ❤ I bet she was loving the toasty weather! Still cold here. 😊
Dolly is sure a pretty and funny little girl. Finnick has very pretty coloring and markings. His sister is a very cute little girl. I love to watch Blue Cactus videos too even though I don’t own a goat.

They both look like amazing additions to your farm!
Ahhhhh I'm SO EXCITED 😆
There is always room for babies 😂
Use a box grater on fine shred for the butter. Saves you literal minutes of time working butter into the flour for pastries.
The new baby kids are so beautiful, and the rest of the babies an moms are looking good. black berry pie or jelly.
I'm pretty sure they already have names (or it seems like that in their Instagram)
@@Polopony20. I was not talking about names I was talking about what to make with the black berries Lol 😂😂😂

PS: If you decide not to keep Dolly, please contact Lumnah Acres to see if they'll take her so we can watch her grow up in her forever home like Hope.
