    I have never cared what people think of me. Why should i worry about someone i dont know thinks? March to the beat of your own drum,get on with life & be the happiest you can be. You dont need others validation you validate yourself and thats all you ever need

    #2. Regarding negative thoughts....
    I remind myself that...
    thoughts might be real BUT THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS TRUE.
    Replacing a bad thought with a positive declaration
    (saying it out loud) works!! This practice may take time and it works faster only IF DONE ALL THE TIME without giving up. Diligence and effort are the key to success.
    I did it and it SAVED MY SANITY ❤ 😄.
