It is difficult because they don't want to give up their independence. We look after my husband's 94 year old aunt and she won't have carers. You have a good weekend too x @@clairemariehoward

Hi Claire, hope your house sale went ok! How is your granddad doing? I've had the SW curries, I make my own pilau rice, using the SW recipe, and I preboil the rice then fry it off with the spices, chickpeas and frozen peas and onions, yummy
Hey Katy he is home and getting on ok thank you ☺️ house is all sold and done with thankfully 😅 is that the recipe off the slimming world pilar rice I know that had chicken peas in but they never seem to have that any more so I wondered if it had been discontinued ?
Well done hun on your weight loss. Yeah my daughter doesn’t like salmon either. Maybe it’s quite a strong taste for kids. I love those hula hoop crisps ❤xxxx
My boys are just quite fussy one of them loves salmon in fact he always steals my smoked salmon the other will have it sometimes but defo not with steamed veg 🤣🤣🤣

And congratulations for getting into the 11’s. I’m desperate to get into the 12s. I’m 3lbs off. Just had week 1 and only lost 2lbs - I was disappointed really but I’m going to put my trust in the program and hope it works.
Do you know if you can pop into a class and buy from the shop if you are only an online member please? X
Oh 3lbs you got that !!! It sounds do small doesn’t it but can be such a challenge I’ve been up and down for a while it’s tough!!! Don’t forget to up your speed to help push for that 3 🤞🏼 urm I’m not sure maybe reach out to your local consultant to ask, can you buy them online ?

How do you make the eggs in the act fry!!???
Hi Jane I’ll show them in the next one as it was a bit of a practice run , you warm the draw on low heat o use roast at 130 airfry doesn’t go that low, pop your eggs in I done 9 min with 4 eggs but they were hard and we wanted a runny middle, take them out and pop them straight in ice cold water again I just used cold as no ice 🤣 once I get the timings it should be good 👌🏼
