TVS2650 GTO RIDE ALONG (727WHP)

- Stock LS2 with a 231/239 113 Comp cam, stock LS3 heads, and a Harrop TVS2650. 727rwhp/705wtq on a dyonjet. T56 transmisison, Mcleod RST twin disk, twin Deatshwerks 350il pumps with DW 1500cc fuel injectors. 3.5L surge tank, flexfuel conversion, but otherwise a stock LS2 setup. The car runs awesome, makes torque everywhere, and the driveability is amazing.
This car will come back out with a new forged iron 6.0, a custom cam, and 8 rib conversion dialed for 20psi.

Wayne S King there are some badass surge tank options from Deatschwerks. I have a 5.5L triple DW400 setup. I may use in Gto with my new engine combo or the foxbody. Have the twin kits being perfected now so it’s tempting to bring my Gto back. Keep an eye out on the new manifolds, they are sick.

funny everyone was telling me I was pushing my SBE LS2 to the max making 630 rwhp in my old GTO with a TVS2300! I'm impressed!
Boosted GTO hey thank! Yeah when I rebuilt mine, the GTO forum had me putting ARP rod bolts for my “huge” cam lol. I made 483 and was nervous dyno day like I hope I don’t blow up. 10 years later and it’s like 15psi, e85, full send son
@@thegarageguy8712 i know i wish i would have just upgraded injectors, fuel system, e85 and turned up the boost but i sold it and bought a V. 🤷♂️ V is so much nicer though! Lol
Tvs2300 sbe ls2. Made 782whp on e85 2 years ago still running strong today.
Anthony Tufo yeah it’s pretty cool what can be done with some e85. That turbo vette made 748 on 9psi SBE LS2 and he turned it up to 17 and ran it hard for 6 months. 15k miles on the turbo setup and over 100k on the engine: No issues. Not suggesting it, but didn’t break.

How is the fuel system setup in the trunk I’m thinking bout using a similar setup
Gravity fed 3.5l surge tank with twin dw350il pumps. Tank has twin hoses off the stock tank. Inline filter, fuse panel, and two relays.

Running great! It’s all about the fuel system and the tune. It’s knock that kills them, and too much low end torque so the tune has to ramp in the power

Harrop has a new one LSA variant like kong. I like the original but I think it needs more intercooler and inlet help.

How much is the setup?
Idk, maybe 15k with all the fuel system stuff, blower, heads etc. Cam, headers, rst twin disk. Hard to say exactly it was one that got worked on in stages.
