Best video ever. No commentary, no intro, no begging for likes and subs, straight to the point on the best game ever.
Not gonna lie Mario world is much better
Can’t believe I remember playing this at age 4/5. Parents had an N64, so I was lucky to grow up gaming.
Now I’m playing it all over again on my switch. 😌

Man as a kid I spent hours playing this with my brother and two sisters , eating chezz its and taking turns . What a game!
I'm gonna bingewatch almost every Super Mario video game walkthrough to be prepared for the animated movie's debut.
You should have included "No Deaths" in the title, great run! You made it look easy
It took me 3 months to beat this game the first time...and then I beat it a second time in like 20 minutes

I’m so used to playing the SNES version of this game. It surprised me to learn that the NES’ limitations meant it couldn’t keep playing the melody of the music when collecting coins etc because it can obviously only play a certain number of sounds
Limited sound channels. The Atari 2600 only had 1 channel so music & sounds had to be played seperately.
On this version two power ups aren’t allowed on the screen at the same time
Yes the NES can only generate 4 sounds at a time (plus play a 5th, sampled sound along with them like in SMB3 for drums/percussion) whereas the SNES can play 8 sampled sounds at a time that are higher quality and can even do effects to them like echo.
That was because of the fact that graphics- and soundchip where on the same board wich means the more there is on the screen the more recources the GPU takes from the soundchip.

I cant believe that nobody who has ever played this game or watch a playthrough of this game has ever pointed out that in world 3-1, at 8:46 when you hit the blocks in a certain order you get to make Mario's face! No one lol! Been playing and watching playthroughs of this game for over 36 years and no one has pointed that out lol! Am I the first one!?
I can't believe either I watch a few Of these play through And I never seen anybody use the Is worp zone in world 1-2 at 2:03 If you've been down from the edge of the pipe And jump to the top corner of the wall You will go through the wall Then there will be a pipe that will take you 2 boards up I can't remember what exactly bored it is
@@dredaylarue I've used that warp. It takes you to level 2,3, and 4.
I remember this taking much longer as a kid
I never played the original NES / SNES Mario Bros games, but I do have a Nintendo Switch now and I'm currently rocking Mario Galaxy and 3D World (+Bowser's Fury). I love how Nintendo kept some of the themes from the original games and the 8-bit sounds like when Mario goes down a pipe. A lot of the enemies are familiar too such as the Goomas, Koopas, Hammer Bros, Bloopers, Bullet Bills etc. You see them in the Mario Party games as well. I didn't see Shy Guy or any Bob-Bombs though, so they must had been from later games. This playthrough is well played. No lives lost and you made the Bowser bosses look so easy! The phrase: "the princess is in another castle" is well known :-)
If my memory serves me correctly, the shy guys and bob-ombs were from Mario Bros 2 which not only introduced a lot of new enemies but also allowed you to play as Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool (Peach).

World 4-4 is always the one that confused me. Because it goes on forever and ever till you get the right path. It’s just like bowser has a magical hidden portal or something XD
This is a nice gameplay.

Does anyone remember a Piranha Plant on level 1? it seems to have disappeared. I remember it being inside either the 3rd or 4th pipe, right before that extra life. (Mandela effect)
the game is actually hardcoded to spawn plants in every pipe, asides from the ones in 1-1!
