In India, we make it at home during summer. It is our go to snack during the summer holidays. We make it & store it for months & fry it whenever required ❤

in Indonesia there is a food like this called “keripik kaca” or glass chip, the process is exactly similar but in here we made it from cassava. and for the final touch we add chili flakes or with salt and onion powder for seasoning
