    Hey, Justin Lee. When it comes to deadlift, ive always forced myself into neutral back and found so much discomfort but forced myself regardless due to everyone around me telling me otherwise. But after years of lifting and your videos, I've accepted my natural rounded deadlift and I've genuinely never felt more stronger. Thank you for helping me push through my mental barrier about rounded backs. #roundedbackdeadliftgang

      @@rinreborn7364 that's way too dangerous. Once I was putting down 30 kg dumbbells after a set , the dumbbell was on the ground, but it fell over on its side and on my toe. It did hurt like hell cause almost more than 15 kg iron fell at a specific point on my toe, but I didn't break it. Had I not been wearing shoes, u could imagine the damage

      RPE is not the same as reps in reserve RIR

      So I actually cut out speaking parts between sets. But it was an overshoot. I gave up on RPE 7 (675 was were I was suppose to stop💀)

    I don't understand the purpose in deadlift bars, why pull with a bar that bends and lets you lift more weight when you're going to compete and use a stiff bar anyway?
