But after years of lifting and your videos, I've accepted my natural rounded deadlift and I've genuinely never felt more stronger. @@rinreborn7364 that's way too dangerous. Once I was putting down 30 kg dumbbells after a set , the dumbbell was on the ground, but it fell over on its side and on my toe. It did hurt like hell cause almost more than 15 kg iron fell at a specific point on my toe, but I didn't break it. Had I not been wearing shoes, u could imagine the damage
Not trying to hate but it irritates me when everyone on social media calls everything an RPE 7 no matter what. You clearly didn't have 3 more reps even with straps.
I don't understand the purpose in deadlift bars, why pull with a bar that bends and lets you lift more weight when you're going to compete and use a stiff bar anyway?

RPE is not the same as reps in reserve RIR
So I actually cut out speaking parts between sets. But it was an overshoot. I gave up on RPE 7 (675 was were I was suppose to stop💀)
