Betta Tank Maintenance: minimalistic bare-bottom aquarium setup, no filter

Since I accidentally pulled a plant and disrupted my set up, Robin’s tank has been bare bottommed. Planned as a temporary setup, I am starting to see lots of benefits from it. Visually it gives clean water lines, perspective and overall a futuristic feel to the tank. Its minimalist set up is also super easy to maintain. In this video, I did a 90% water change and used treated, aged water. I am warming up to this and might leave it be until the next inspiration...

hey i waterchange once every 5 days or so in very small amounts. and yes conditioned aged water

Hey the plants are epiphytes which mean they dont need their roots to be planted in soil
