He got a decade in prison after agreeing to plea to avoid a jury trial. You know how that goes bro what if the jury trial gives him 18 out of 25. They couldve also seen his attpurmey as a joke and given him 8 you never know bro. Tough game out there when you beat your women up. He was dumb for almost taking a 25 year max charge to a jury trial its not like he was meliciously persecuted as an innocent and has much of a shot. I think him wishy washing about if he trusts his attourney isnt good. Its rough when your attourney is telling you to plead guilty usually theyre supppsed to defend yiur innocence so its sorta obvious he cant trust his attourney. His attourney i dont like when they tell you to plead i like to watch a good public jury trial as the constitution intended. But you never know maybe if he decided to take a jury trial he wouldve regretted it she gave him 10 out of 25 if he went to jury he couldve gotten 12.5 or something like 15 or 20 maybe you see what im saying. A decade. Life still over. He looks much older than me maybe in his mid late 30s idk you think how we are all eating mcdonalds on the outside right now without him

The best attorneys I've seen in court look like absolute wrecks because they stay up late studying and writing their own motions. No joke, when I was fighting my case there was another defense attorney who always showed up with a bad wig, poorly fit suit, tie not tied properly and he won 9/10 motions and got plea deals regularly moved from felonies to misdemeanors or dismissed. He was the best negotiator. Meanwhile The ones with 5,000 suits who showed up had their clients got their bonds revoked regularly or got prison time. Why? The state didn't like high priced attorneys. and would go hard against them. The prosecutors liked to work with humble and nice lawyers who could be trusted when he would vouch for them.
