- Hi Guys, trying to do a few little things. This episode I’m messing with my UTV and changing the drive belt, adding a cell phone mount and adding a charging plug.

Hopev the BOSS sees you changing that belt rolling around with your back brace off and then when you get up and and your working on the phone brackett you have it on all the time you didn't complain about the back--- what a miracle

guys please don't put vice grips on your aluminum clutch as he just did it will mark what needs to be a nice smooth surface can even distort the shape of it there's a nut right there you can put a wrench on if you need and if you do use a pair of vice grips simply put a peace of cardboard under the vice grips and don't put on verry tight don't clamp them on like you just witnessed. Sorry i just couldn't not say anything .when i saw this the surface of that clutch is verry delicate again sorry don't mean to sound negative Larry seams like a awesome guy and i appreciate his video and good to know your having good luck with your cfmoto i just purchased one last week loving it so far

You can fit up to 32 inch tires without rubbing. Reclock the clutch and your good. I have the side mirrors and trees beat the crap out of them so the rear view mirror is a good idea. The belt is what it is. You burn them all eventually. Zero issues from my z950 in 850 miles.

I must admit…..you had me “cringing” while installing the belt , every time you manipulated your body to gain some extra leverage I thought for sure you would (re)damage your injury…..please be careful & take care not to over indulge!!!
Nope when my body says enough then I take a break or figure out a different way to do something

Does it fix the jerkiness after the belt is changed ?
Yes, it did start coming back at the end of the season last summer though. I did some searching and found gates makes a belt for this machine, I purchased one and a lot cheaper also. Going to switch with that one and see if it lasts longer, a lot of people complain about the belts and not lasting
