Excellent Stuff, I'm thinking that you could change this into a kicking workout by swapping out the boxing for kicks & the hold into a mid squat. Is there any benefit in making it a skipping workout or even sprinting? to improve those types of Outputs?? Cheers from OZ

Phil 1st of all , thank you for all you do. We are very fortunate to learn from you on UA-cam. Thanks and god bless. One question , as I get farther into this drill, say a couple months down the road, what exercise would you think would be good to add to the drill? For example say I do the punches for a minute then transition to burpies then a minute of planks. A good veryation or exercises added to the drill when I start to plateau or get too use to it? Thank you and God bless
