OMG! Your intro to your documentary series is so spectacular that it qualifies as a documentary all on its own! Your ability to craft a story and produce stunning visuals makes you the perfect couple to share the amazing adventure you're starting. We can't wait to see and share all you have to show us. Safe & happy travels - Peter & John. PS... thanks for the mention, and for showing us jumping for joy with you... because that captures how we feel seeing what you've begun here.

So incredibly well said, Peter and John. Your comment captures many of the thoughts I'd also express. Tom and Caitlin's intro to the _Go North_ series with Lance Camper is a masterful creation. Mortons on the Move are the perfect couple (and team) for this adventure experience and I'm very much looking forward to following along as they share this on-in-a-lifetime adventure with us.
Thanks Lance Camper for making this project possible. You couldn't have chosen better brand ambassadors than Mortons on the Move!

Wow! Wow! Wow! We have been so excited to see episode 1 of Go North on May 1 and the launch of your new adventure and you exceeded our already high expectations. Tom and Cait, thank you for such a wonderful intro to this series - we are so excited to watch! It’s just beautiful - the story telling, production, editing...YOU! And we didn’t know Tom spent some childhood years growing up in Alaska! Above all, witnessing you realizing your long held dreams is an inspiration to us... and no doubt many others. We cannot wait to see the rest of your journey unfold... bravo you two! Bravo! Much love. ❤️🙌👍 your friends, Julie and Marc

So many people get so focused on "getting to Alaska" that they blow though the Yukon... Its an amazing Territory. You might really enjoy the Beringia Centre in Whitehorse, which focuses on the paleoarchaeology of the land bridge that connected The Yukon and Alaska to Siberia. Also take the opportunity to paddle on The Yukon River and there are some amazing mountain bike parks in Whitehorse... during the Klondike Gold Rush, in 1898, there were 40,000 people in Dawson City, making it the largest city north of San Francisco. Also check out poet Robert Service's cabin and read his poems about the Yukon - The Cremation of Sam McGee is the most famous. The Dempster is a great drive... but make sure you've got the right tires for the road. The towing companies make a lot of money hauling trucks and RVs off the Dempster. Have an awesome trip. Look forward to following.

Where is your 5TH Wheel stored while your traveling north to Alaska w/a Lance truck camper ? Tom when you lived in Alaska as child was your father in the service & stationed there ? Will the truck camper be mounted on your truck or the FORD F - 350 that was shown in this vlog ? Sounds really exciting . Hope all goes well as planned . Have fun & a great time Caitlin & Tom . Cheers !

Very cool guys!! Once the north gets in your blood, it definitely becomes addictive... We're doing our third trip to the Yukon and Alaska this summer.
If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, I highly recommend Alberta's Forestry Trunk Road. It's 1,000km of gravel through the foothills of the Rockies, it is a stunning road with lots of opportunities for camping.
    www.graveltravel.ca/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=74:forestry-trunk-road&catid=1&Itemid=19
Banff and Jasper are great, but be forewarned that they are crazy busy, even in May / June. Also note that Whistlers (Jasper's biggest campground) is closed for renovations this summer, opportunities close to Jasper will be limited.
    Cheers!

We also had the : why did we come back to Alberta in March after 2 months in Mexico Moment. Being on the Road for 4 year covering all of Western Canada as a Product Manager, we knew we love travelling so we decided to Go RvLife. Our Channel is about making the Transition from Acreage Life to RvLive. We recently bought a F450 and the biggest truck camper and are now customizing the camper for boondocking. We will be heading out for small trips this Summer and plan to head south into the USA and BAJA next Winter. We would love if you could join us. (Funny: Christian is also an engineer. Seems to be common for this lifestyle). We are excited about your northern adventure. Perhaps we can cross paths in Western Canada!

I lived in Prince George in the 70’s and every summer there were many people “doing the Alaska Highway”...cars & trucks piled high with spare wheels & large jerrycans (for gas).
Last summer my sister & brothers-in-law drove up to Tuktoyatuk on the new highway. Another sister & BIL often use the Cassier highway, they’re naturalists & often work in the bush. I’ve only been on a portion of the Alaska Highway (gravel & hairpin turns) from Dawson Creek-back in the early 70’s! Need to get up there as an adult! Our father was in the RCAF & did something with the Alaska Highway.
Enjoy my country! The scenery is amazing...

We have had two 1172’s in the past and loved them...with a growing family we decided to try a Lance travel trailer, but regret out decision already and are back looking at a new truck (F-450 vs 350) and a 1172 again. The rear storage, bathroom and rear couch of the 1172 are amazing as I ‘m sure you are already experiencing. Looking forward to hearing your experiences and how the 1172 does in Alaska.

Good morning, I have been following you for a few weeks from Spain, we have had a motorhome for 30 years, and we have traveled thousands of kilometers.
We are thinking of an adventure like that, in your lands, a little distant for us, with a Tuck Camper like you have, tight but wide with slides.
I wanted to ask you if we can rent a set (car + camper) like yours, somewhere in the US or in Canada, approximately between 1 or 2 months.
Thank you very much in advance, and I wish you many kilometers and good health.
    Great, keep it up.
    Jordi
.- Sorry for my English, because I help with our friend google translator.

Thank you for this series. I am looking forward to watching it.
I bought my rig a Hymer Aktiv April of 2018 and have been on the road fulltime since. My first year was from Key west Florida to every national park west of the Mississippi. This year its the Great lakes and East coast. Next year I'm going to drive from Key west Florida to Alaska. Lik ed you I want to go up early in the season, weather permitting and come back late. Thanks again.
P.S. I have a spinal cord injury and my legs dont work. I will do what I can.

Hi, we were looking through your affiliate links to buy our Battleborn batteries. I see they are 949.00 everywhere. Do you, by chance, have a discount code that would make them less?

When you do the Banff Jasper parkway highway turn east at the Saskatchewan River Crossing - a few miles to the east is open public land and free random camping along the North Saskatchewan River with the historic town of Nordegg about and hour east (fuel, groceries, golfing, historic coal mining site). Contact me and we can meet and greet.

I would suggest that you concentrate on the difference the Lance TC makes it happen on your trip to AK, since there have been four YT channels who have taken the same route you’re taking, two class A, one bumper pull trailer and one one expedition roof top tent trailer, but none of them have done it on a TC and posted there trip on YT. I love the fact you are encouraging lance and other TC companies to up their game I.e. water filtration, solar energy systems and heating, a lot of us have made these mods but it’s been frustrating to see why the TC makers haven’t so can purchase them with all these upgrades, so thank you for dragging them to 2020. The excuse I have always been given is it would increase the price of the TC! Lol I’ll be watching your adventures. Best of luck. You’re electrical degree will help and so will your wife’s planning ... you make a good team

Great series, if you can make the detour try going to Skagway and riding the train. Beautiful views, as long time Alaskans we found this to be one of the best of the many drives for exploring both Canada and Alaska
