I decided not to put the air build in this top, because its main feature is an evade, ignored by Master Sura Phase 3, so you will have to use the skill to win. I also decided to put the earth build on the top 1 because with other builds, for example dragons, you can theoretically lose if you are carelessly substituted for the first procast. But the armor build is hard to beat so easy :)

Is it possible to reach 100% dodge rate in this game?
Yes, of course! ua-cam.com/video/bTLv8rhTbVc/v-deo.html But unfortunately, Master Sura Phase 3 ignores the percentage-based evade. Therefore, I decided not to include this build in this top.

@@FxPlotion0021 No, even with a 50% evade, you can dodge and get 100% crit and defeat the boss with one ultimate.
