Clarification question: if I want a Wyoming Holding LLC to manage a subsidiary LLC, do I have to set up my subsidiary as MEMBER-managed (by the holding LLC)? or can it be MANAGER-managed (by the Wyoming Holding LLC)? Assuming both LLCs are single-member, would there an advantage to either option? Thanks.
Manager managed assumes there is a manager other than the member of the llc overseeing day to day activities of the llc

Hello is it possible to open stripe + wise business without having an EIN. Only a company registration in Wyoming?
If not and we need EIN, are we taxed if we are not in US but sell digital products (courses) worldwide, even US customers?
Unfortunately, most banks and merchant service providers including Wise and Stripe will require an EIN to open an account.
Generally speaking, foreign-owned LLCs are only taxed for the portion of income that is generated in the United States.

When you entered organiser details which was your own self. Will this be public information. I want to create llc but i dont want whole internet to know that llc is owned by mr xyz. yes for government, irs and bank it makes sense. So is there a way when someone searches for my llc they only find details of my agent and my business address only.
It varies state by state. Wyoming makes your articles of organization public and therefore you won’t be able to hide your name.
Delaware on the other hand keeps it private as long as you provide your agent’s information

Great question. If you do not have an ITIN or SSN you can apply for an EIN by filling out and mailing or faxing form ss4.
