We also have a subsidiary LLC that hold all of our family vehicles, one for our family home, and separate ones for our fix and flips, rentals, and notes. This was our first year running K-1s and taking bonus depreciation for 0 tax. Throw in a whole life policy and a CTR doing affordable housing and we will never pay tax again. You know your stuff, keep at it.

I have an s-Corp for one business and 2 Llc’s for my property co so far. I’m in Indiana and we are allowed master / umbrella Llc’s so I will most likely take advantage of that this year or early 2021. I’m looking at 3 property deals right now so it depends on how that goes. I just formed the second llc to own whichever property I end up with. One would be one property with 7 doors (4 residential and 3 commercial) and the other would be 36 condos with 72 doors (27 units would have to be developed).
