Best to classify your material down to 1/16" (12 mesh). Also if you have any clay in your concentrates, pre-wash first for best results. This Concentrating Table captures up to 600 mesh and also fine gold.
Jordan from UPI here! Thanx for turning me onto your vid! Great info. I like the idea of using the end tray to catch any possible lost gold. When processing my massive amounts of powder gold it is almost painful to spoon feed all of my cons 3 times.. This would definitely help me with cleanups!
Sorry Curtis you're wrong. The way I do it it's not necessarily running the water too fast. Cuz it doesn't matter what speed you run the water a piece of gold can be pushed down off the edge into your run off. I'm good friends with Robert at Royal. I actually showed Robert some changes since the original video was done. He's now adopted some of my ways when he demos it. Also you're able to process your material a lot faster. You can do it either way button my way rarely ever will lose a piece of gold. By the way when that first came out it was silver and I had Robert change it to Green so you can see the gold if it gets dropped into it. Why else would it be green

You doing it wrong - you need to classify way more! No fine recovery system on earth can work on material that diffrent in size.
