I picked up a used table that the guy did not know how to use, I have two other tables made by Action Mining, if you listen to Mike and do as he says, this thing is above and beyond the other tables. Each table recovers fine gold better than any other we have tried. Just listen to Mike and follow directions......they work great. Believe me, this man knows his business !!!!

Hello, I have a few questions for you. The M5 can run about a 5 gallon bucket an hour? The M7 about a ton? How is this table different than other shaker tables on the market? For example, I used an RP4 shaker table last weekend and it seemed to be able to move a fair amount of material. Does this table recover finer gold?
Thank you for your interest! I have customers who use the Wave tables as primary concentrators and of course, there are many who use the Wave tables as secondary and finishing tables... especially after centrifuges and other concentrators. Our tables have the ability to recover micron particles that are often missed from other concentrators. All of our Wave Tables work on the same principal, but with each model you get different production rate. The M5 Wave table is for testing only in a laboratory environment. Although many individuals use it out in the field and for cleaning up sluice cons, it will process approx. 50lbs/25 kg per hour. The M7 (standard 110v, 60cyc) is my most popular Wave table due to its versatility, often ordered with a variable speed control. The M7 is rated at approx 2000lbs /910 kg of classified head ore per hour. When running a concentrate we normally see about half of the production volume, but this depends greatly on your material. The M7 is also widely used for a clean up/finishing table. I have a company in northern Nevada, that uses the M7 models for tungsten carbide crystals and the recovery varies between 5-40 micron in their finish room. We use the M7 here in our laboratory for testing all types of ore bodies. There are may types of shaking tables of the market. Almost all have the concentrates (cons) reporting on the table deck in a longitudinal direction (that is, long ways)..... whereas the Wave table has the cons reporting transversely (across the deck). This is a great advantage as it provides a cleaner separation (by specific gravity), a higher recovery of gold, for example, (particularly, fine gold).. and allows gold to accumulate on the deck, which is advantageous in clean-ups when you wish to wet vacuum off the gold with a vacuum system.
