    Nice video. I didnt know that the Burgeron system was set up like cutting broaches where you have to start with a small one and then work your way up. Where the KWM system you select one reamer and when do you are able to put the bushing in.

      That's how I was taught to do it. Reduces the torque on the reamers.

    Hi Scottie
    How much smaller the hole in the plate should be before you tap the bushing in? .I am asking because I have not Burgeron reamers just normal set of broaches

    I've always done bushings by hand, manually.

      Sometimes it's easier to do a bushing by hand rather than set up all the bushing tool gear.
