It’s often I’d look into the past, a world of wonders that weren’t made to last, of joys forgotten, the die long cast, of memories drifting and fleeing fast. It's often I'd think of us, moments of still quiet, mixed with triumphant fuss, where peace would find me, where I'd be allowed to trust, It's only then, when the hammer falls, that I'm struck by loss, It's often that I think of dying, that sleep may find me, without us goodbyeing, the surplus of a lifetime, relatives crying. But above all, that not enough time was spent trying.
Life is like a clock, the dial is like events, the numbers are years and the hands are days and months....each tick moves to a another number like a new year, toxic and chaos are like rocks and each of them tries to break the clock but its just a crack
Damn, can't say that I can't relate to that, at least some of the time. I don't want to offer an empty platitude of "It gets better" or "Cheer up" (those never helped me, plus I don't know your situation), but I'd recommend reaching out, even if it's just a stranger at a mental health hotline, before you do anything rash. Sometimes describing to somebody else what you're struggling with, feels like breaking the surface of an ocean and getting that deserved breath of fresh air, after a long time of drowning in thoughts of suffering and desperation. I don't consider life an on-average "good" thing, but I'm still here, because there are still things that I want to do, and assume to be achievable. Just my two cents
I really felt that. Somehow I’m still here. Somehow I find a way to keep going. It’s so hard. Whoever you are I hope you stay in existence- because I’m sure your existence matters and has mattered to anyone you’ve passed through in life Here for u
The visuals are mistifying. Is this a picture? A painting? If it wasn't a three year old video, I could also imagine it could be a very high quality AI-generated image. There is something very alien, almost otherwordly to it, and yet it's all recognizable and true.
Dunno, but after uploading I saw that there is another video with the same idea, but slowed by 800%. Although I think they used some other variables for the Paulstretch algorithm (to me they sound different enough). That video has a lot of views and comments, maybe you'll find something interesting there.
I love this. The audio quality hasn't taken a single hitch. The visual is perfect. I want to live in it.

thats Paulstretch for ya, hidden gem
As a certified Night Owl, I understand the song's title.
Silent hill often invokes many emotions that i cannot explain, all i can say is they will be invoked within those that are lonely
Solitude, friend. Not lonely
The town that hungers for the lost, the broken and the lonely
Just the speed completely changes the feeling of this song. I can now listen to this song for 2 different feelings.
This version: uplifting
It’s often I’d look into the past,
a world of wonders that weren’t made to last,
of joys forgotten, the die long cast,
of memories drifting and fleeing fast.
It's often I'd think of us,
moments of still quiet, mixed with triumphant fuss,
where peace would find me, where I'd be allowed to trust,
It's only then, when the hammer falls, that I'm struck by loss,
It's often that I think of dying,
that sleep may find me, without us goodbyeing,
the surplus of a lifetime, relatives crying.
But above all, that not enough time was spent trying.
This song puts me to bed everytime
I love it. It brings me in a other dimension.

Time is a construct, it all happens in the blink of an eye to what seemed like an eternity for us observing it.
Existence is a curse...

I got it off 4chan's Wallpaper board a few years back. I assume it's just an incredible moment of photography. But yeah it's a mesmerizing
picture
