As for giving up dominant position - this fight had that situation - but Aoki didn’t have to give up dominant position, he got to resume his dominant position in the middle of the ring. I’ve just seen a lot of nice action along those ropes that I don’t think would have happened in a cage. And MMA doesn’t have to emulate real life fight experience - it’s a sport.

Resetting fight takes off the momentum, and allows the losing fighter to rest, it happened to one of my fights and I won because of that, my opponent was in my guard and we are on the edge, the ref resets the same position in the middle, the opponent relaxed a little upon reseting and I instantly arm barred him, it won't happen if it is a cage where there is almost no interruptions.

MMA is goofy when it’s in a boxing ring . Get a proper octagon . . This is a big promotion . I guess they save considerable money using a boxing style set up . Or is some other reason I don’t understand ? I assume it’s because they use it for kick boxing ,MT and boxing as well
