Here are some ways to remove a print from a stainless steel tumbler: Acetone or rubbing alcohol: Can remove printed designs, but use with caution to avoid damage. Goo Gone: A powerful product that should be used outside. Goof Off: A milder product for removing sticky materials. Resublimation: For an hour, put the tumbler in a convection oven at 400 degrees to fade the image. Then, sublimate again with a dark pattern. Sanding: Spray the tumbler with dish soap and scrub with sanding paper. You can also remove printing from a stainless steel tumbler: Scrape at an angle less than 45 degrees. Start at the edges. Maintain a steady clean motion. Use a scouring pad to finish the surface.
The Temp is 400 for 6 minute's. You will do 3 minutes rotating every 3 minutes. Till you see the image left off the paper, Take your time so you want burn it.

Can you sublimate on any stainless steel mug or does it have to be a sublimation mug?
So the metal has to have a polyester coating. To be safe look only at sublimation mugs
Did the sublimation fade over time?
