Yes. Ap nay one week wait karna ha aor phir ultrasound karwana ha
The bladder is well-distended, appears thin-walled and normal in
contour. No obvious calculi or focal lesion seen.
The uterus is anteverted, appears normal in size, shape and
echotexture. It measures 109 x 43 x 59mm.
The endometrium appears thin and regular. It measures 3mm. LMP:
22/02/2024
An endometrial echogenic thickening or mass is noted surrounded by
fluid that measures 27 x 19 x 7mm.
Both ovaries appear normal in size, shape and echotexture.
The right ovary measures 31 x 11 x 31mm with a volume of 6mls.
The left ovary measures 29 x 9 x 33mm with a volume of 4mls.
No obvious hydrosalpinx, adnexal mass, ovarian cyst or fluid
collection noted.
This report is ok ??
It's looks as if it's endometrial polyp .
Endometrium thickness 6.9mm with mild fluid in endometrical cavaity. After 6 day of D&C.
Still Endometrium will be considered thick. However mild fluid is normal after D&C. Follow up after 4 weeks should be done

Hi doctor. Mera dnc hua h march me usk bad mrng periods aye 15 April ko and usk bad 30 May ko but since 25 May ướt pregnancy test positive h and beta hcg negative so today 27 June again mene úsg krwaya n Usme minimal fluid is present in endomaterial cavity (fluid in cul de sac) and doctor advice Kia beta hcg after 10 days . What does it mean ? Is it normal or smithing else ? I have mild pain in lower abdomen since 25 days
You must be careful and do repeat ultrasound. Abortion may occur but take care of yourself
