Garlic fried rice

    1 servings rice
    7 (35g) whole cloves of garlic
    1 tbsp (12g) butter
    1/4 tbsp (3.5g) flavored salt
    2 tbsp (20g) dark soy sauce
    5 tbsp (35g) cooking oil
    [Instructions]
    1. Prepare whole cloves of garlic by crushing them with the flat side of your knife and mincing them.
    2. Add oil to the frying pan and fry both types of garlic over medium heat.
    3. Once the garlic starts turning golden brown, turn off the heat or reduce to low heat, and continue frying.
    4. When the garlic becomes golden brown overall, add the dark soy sauce to where the oil is, reducing the soy sauce as you fry it.
    5. Once the dark soy sauce gets fried and becomes fragrant, turn off the heat and add flavored salt and rice. Use a spoon and wooden rice paddle to mix thoroughly.
    6. Add butter and place the frying pan over high heat. Fry so that the butter can mix in well.
    7. When the butter is melted completely and mixed thoroughly, turn off the heat and plate.
