      It's because Victorian is 10 times harder than maltese
      And there are only around 10 people in the world can hold it with clean form
      Which becomes little value of training for it

    • @Yahavogdan
      @Yahavogdan 3 роки тому +4

    Training for the planche right now and feeling the exact same way, my front lever is coming along nicely but the planche is being quite stubborn, the fact that im 6'5" also doesn't help much. it always feels impossible at first but u just gotten put ur head down and keep making progress bit by bit.

      I am also tall, 6'4" trying to achieve straddle planche at the moment. It was quite a journey for me. I started training tuck Planche at the beginning of February 2019 and currently can hold 3 seconds of advanced advanced tuck variation (between advanced tuck and half lay). I am using band around my legs for full planche attempts and around waist for straddle planche attempts. Join my journey on Instagram: @yevgeniy_calisthenics

      @@Asdfghjkl-ls1or yes, one leg planche is relatively easy to get, it is almost the same difficulty as advanced tuck. There is a difference, however, between straight and piked straddle, and the straight straddle, I think, is more difficult than halfway.

    Incredible video Stefano, I have the same feelings you had when you were starting, but one thing, the exercise with weightss you did, is the simulation of the zanetti press, is pulling strength for planche, not for front lever, the front lever exercise with weights is that but in an inverted body position. Good video, keep doing beast :D
