If you are taking clock wise direction then Vbg should be equals to 4i1+30-14-3i2 then put the value of i1 and i2 then you will get 19v answer

No , it is not correct. The correct answer even on solving in clockwise direction is 19V. Bhai 19V hi ayega tab bhi.
