I finally painted snow leopard using slightly different reference picture. I did horrible job, went too dark to begin with. I don't used to paint animals just speed through it. But I learn a thing or two. Just need to paint it again now I understand the process better.

This is so perfect! You perfectly captured the unreasonably soft texture of rabbit fur!
It's something I struggle with a bit, but watching this video, I think I'm being too impatient and anxious with that super soft texture and need to improve my paint consistency for that dry-brushing. Is the hair of the brush super absorbent or does that matter in cases like this? I would think it might be hard to drybrush if the hair is too absorbent but I could be wrong.

I am learning so very much from you and so very glad I found your youtube channel.
The other day I painted 2 swans to go as a card to a friend I was sending some watercolors I wasn't using to. When she got the card she said wow, when we were out on our walk we saw 4 trumpeter swans and then we got home and opened the package to be greeted with my watercolor painting, she said for sure it was a God Thing. I have to agree.
I do really enjoy the Lebenzon brushes, especially the small synthetic ones for detail. Princeton brushes are also excellent!

why not use a fan brush ?, just asking.
I just don't use fan brushes that often. I think we just get comfortable with certain techniques, lol.
Oh my!!! So soft and beautiful!!! I tried to make a gray squirrel but it turned so ugly!!! So disappointed! I’ve been trying to paint that gray squirrel for my daughter, she is a rescuer and she kept one squirrel because she was had much damage on her body and can’t be released, do you give classes online or just sale the tutorial?

How do you stop your paper from warping?? I just got this Arches 100% cotton paper and I did a small area with water, not even that much and it warped like crazy...It's infuriating.
It's always going to warp a little, especially when you use lots of water. I like to use blocks, because the sides are glued down, preventing excess buckling. You can also stretch your paper by soaking it in water then stapling or taping it down. It's kind of like preshrinking a tshirt by washing it, lol. Stretched watercolor paper will dry completely flat.
