The last scope with the green trace, it needs the capacitors replaced inside of it. I have seen that many times before.
You will be amazed at how well it works afterwards. They slowly degrade and the owner doesn't see it happening because they just get used to it being finicky because it happens slowly over time

good video! if you want to see what your analog scopes can really do check this out.. connect your phone headphone outputs directly to the scopes with right x and left y or vise versa, cant remember exactly! ua-cam.com/video/19jv0HM92kw/v-deo.html
