    Wow this is awesome. From someone who lives up north rust kills so many vehicles and it's crazy how much work went into this. Great job

    Great work, amazing finish on those suspension components after painting.
    I'm about to do the same job on the front of my 4th gen prelude. I have the same tool for doing the ball joints.
    Question please, what bush tool press set is it you're using for the rear trailing arms @22:11 onwards? Looks perfect for the job.
    Thanks

      @@7chevronseven7 thanks so much for digging it out and posting pics, appreciate it!
      Can you remember, did you use the 65mm or 74mm cups?

      @@wurlyone4685 I used both from this set, one to push the bushing in, and the other with the tape on the picture, to hold against.

    Sehr Gut. Hopefully your gestapo TUEV doesn't notice the red bushings.........

    Love the video it's amazing. i have a 1994 2.3i 4ws prelude myself. Most difficult challange for me at the moment is trying to find the tie rod ends for the rear steering. Any advice?

    • @7chevronseven7
      @7chevronseven7  Рік тому

      Thx. Sorry i don´t know, both of my Preludes are 2ws. I never searched for this tie rod end.

    I've been trying to respond to one of your previous messages regarding the rubber molding for Preludes but for some everytime I'd respond the message would delete. So I'm trying it on this video to see if it goes through. Let me know if you get this.

    welchen unterbodenschutz hast du genommen? sieht mega aus!

    • @7chevronseven7
      @7chevronseven7  2 роки тому +2

      Das ist gar kein U-schutz, der alte war noch völlig in Ordnung deshalb habe ich den nur an ein paar Stellen wo Rost war entfernt. Das Schwarz ist Hammerite gehärtet mit 2K Härter.

    I wonder what paint did you use on the wheel wells?

    • @7chevronseven7
      @7chevronseven7  Рік тому +1

      The black paint is Hammerite with a little bit 2K hardner.

      Das WHB in Deutsch hab ich für 1€ auf eBay geschossen, war richtig Glück das keiner mitgeboten hat. Nur die Nachträge 93'-96' haben mich im Schnitt 15€ gekostet. Da musst halt manchmal etwas stöbern und die Augen aufhalten.
