It’s called 4 Minutes of Hell. I played with Will in High School. This shit is no joke. You grab a partner and find a bar. For your first time, I would put a 10lb plate on both sides. Set a 4-Minute timer on your phone. Your doing one workout every minute non-stop: 1st Min - Military Press 2nd Min - Clean Pulls 3rd Min - Overhead Press (behind the head) 4th Min - Bicep Curls If you stop moving for 3-5 seconds, you takeoff and restart the workout. If you drop the bar, you take off and restart. Keep the weight moving!!

That weight lifting was pointless torcher of ya body I'll do calisthenics n look better n be stronger than all them and my body. Would last all season no injuries them torn this pulled that 40 reps at 135? N the reps were terrible I'll do one good set over that any day
