I was thinking about doing this myself, I knew it would be involved but not to this degree - like needing a heat gun at several stages, and assume that was some kind of solvent applicator used to break down the adhesive just before prying it apart? Probably a good project for someone who has lots of time on their hands (and finds the correct tools needed) I think I might just find a good repair place. thanks
I was going to have a go at it but watching this I ve completely changed my mind .I ll let the experts do it .its not just a matter of changing the glass its dismantling the whole thing

What do you squirt down the side of the battery to help remove it? Alcohol, or some other solvent? Excellent video thank you.
