I just removed the radiator from my '95 without de-pressurizing the A/C
I have a 3.4 and I cut a tab off the right side plastic end cap, which was where my crack was.
Now I am fixing the crack with a soldering iron, and some scrap plastic pieces from the same radiator.
    I'll post-up when I'm done.

Thanks for posting this video it helped me out greatly. I tried following the Haynes repair manual but find it better with a visual aid.

а можно снять не теряя фреон? И вообще почему расперло радиатор после того как слетел ремень и я проехал пару км домой без ремня? До того постоянно текло из-под верхнего патрубка радиатора(естественно хомут менял и кришку радиатора на новую)

You don't need to disconnect the air compressor line😂you can slide it out front the assembly

You don't need to remove the A/C line. I replaced the radiator on my 95 Z that should be the same for 96 Camaro so watch this video ua-cam.com/video/RDblKZlGbcU/v-deo.html
