Great review! Gigabyte seems very value for money. But meine suna hai gigabyte has quality control issues, aur replacement mein bohot nakhre karte hai. Some people had dead pixel issue, but unko replacement deny kar diya. Toh not sure kaunsa lun. Any idea which of these 3 has reliable service?

I have the option between the MSI Optix G2412 & the normal Gigabyte G24F not the (2) which would you recommend?
g2412 is faster for gaming but the stand is better on the gigabyte. So decide on that factor

@@HardwareMana Even the backlight strobing mode in msi shows 2 to 3 images instead you see a smooth blur in fast or fastest oc mode. I know I can't expect benQ dyac type performance in budget monitors.

If the monitor does not have a display port of 1.4, is there any benefit in having a refresh rate of more than 144 hz?
For example some monitors are 165 to 180 hz and also feature hdr10 which is unable to run 1.2 displayport.

Not much you can do for sharpness. 24inch 1080p is not the best PPI. And use DP if possible

Hey sunny, great review really appreciate it. I have a doubt though. I'm currently using a 120hz laptop screen and want to upgrade to a large screen. I really really like the g24f2 and want to buy it but some reviews from gigabyte customers say that their service is unreliable and poor, what are your thoughts on this? LG will be my 2nd option with blind folds as the brand name is enough for me but switching from 120to180(oc) will be a big jump rather than 120to144. I play valorant and want a monitor for the same purpose. It would help me a lot if you tell me that gigabyte's after sales service ✌️
Service of any brand is location specific. Most tier 2 cities have okay support and Gigabyte's service has been improving. At least last time Gigabyte helped change the monitors that had issues.
Rest it's all hard to predict. But LG is definitely better in service than gigabyte

none of these are good enough for color accurate work. But they will perform pretty good after color calibration

I just turned it but it is not true hdr as it does not have dimming zones or high brightness

@@sayedulkrm giving u a liitle bit example .now a days every ips monitors cover 99%srgb colours aacuracy but gigabyte g27f2 cover 130% acuuracy .with 170hz refrest rate display.now u can imagine how the colours looks in that monitor
If you are not planning to game then i would suggest getting an IPS monitor under 10k.
But if you need the higher refresh rate then both the Gigabyte and MSI will offer you good performance. LGs lower contrast ratio may become distracting with dark mode

Hello. Basically lg has a lower contrast than the other two. If you are looking for better blacks, get a va panel monitor
